MPET, a seven plus million TEU straddle carrier terminal, requested support to analyse operational processes and redesign its management structure, including a new shift management layer.

We led the full change management programme, coached the operations management team and then drove the subsequent process optimisation efforts.

- Stability after go live Crane productivity increased from under twenty seven moves per hour to over thirty moves per hour across more than forty cranes.
